House Rental
Our furnished 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home is available for short and long-term stays.
Per night $190
Two-night minimum stay
10% off stays of 7 nights
20% off stays of 28 nights
Dogs are welcome. $25/ fee per dog (2 large or 3 small dogs allowed per stay). Dogs must be created if left unattended.
$200 cleaning fee applies to all stays.

Camping and RV
We have plenty of space for tent camping or RVing. There is electricity and water available to all guests. An outdoor shower is available during the summer months. We allow small fires (please ask for a ring), and pets (on leashes) are allowed. There is no minimum night stay. $30/night; 15% discount to stays for four nights or more.
Nature and Science
HinzScience offers hosted field science experiences, custom curriculum development (including hands-on labs), and tutoring. For more information:
Venue Rental
Available for private parties, benefits, weddings, etc. $120 hourly site fee, including electricity, water, and an onsite coordinator.
You make all the other arrangements, such as tents, food, entertainment, etc.
To reserve:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. The deposit will be credited to the event balance.
Terms:
- Hourly site fee due 30 days before the event. Events canceled within the 30-day window will not receive a refund.
- We cannot control the weather, so all terms and fees apply regardless of weather conditions outside our control.
- Portable restroom rental is required for each event
- You are responsible for setup and cleanup
