Volunteer at Travellers Rest Farm Sanctuary

We have virtual and in-person volunteer opportunities available.

Virtual opportunities are year round and can be done from any state. We can use help with fundraising, social media, solitications, etc.

In-person opportunities are April through October/November (weather permitting) on Sundays from 9 AM - 11 AM when its warm and 12 PM -2 PM when its cold. Screening and sign-up along with a signed waiver are required. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain on-site while volunteering. All in-person volunteer tasks require you to get dirty, so please dress accordingly. We are not responsible for soiled or damaged clothing. We encourage volunteers to bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. There are no public restrooms, but the park across the street has facilities.

• Cleaning and filling water troughs and buckets
• Repairing and installing fences
• Repairing and rebuilding barns
